you must tell me colors and theme Be Specific also if you would like a custom module or hover please put that down use the following form {if you would like to use a grafic you found please leave me the link to it and what you would like to use it for this way if you don't like a layout i'm not responsible}

Color: what ever the heck colors you want
Theme: do you want a specific theme ie holiday  
Background what do you want the background 2 b
Extras: like hovers and no glitter and extra custom mods stuff like that!

{if you don't want something like glitter please be sure to write that down so i don't like use it with out knowing.... if you want the background to be a image you have please email it to me @ jml12305@msn.com or leave the link to it (if its online) in a comment I DON'T HOTLINK SO DON'T SEND ME HOTLINKED ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARE IN YOUR OWN PHOTOBUCKET OR THE LIKE THERE OF!}
